Lindsey Stribling

Lindsey provides marketing support to Nick and the team by looking after client communication, social media and website content and works with the team on new marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Having worked in the financial services since 1989, Lindsey joined FOCUS in October 1996 by providing administration support to the Life & Pensions division, ultimately running the department.

Seeking new challenges, her role changed to Client Services Manager in order to develop relationships with both new and existing clients for the company as a whole, including the insurance division.  This encompassed the introduction of social media for the business and taking responsibility for the website content and marketing communications.

Now working with FOCUS Oxford Risk Management Ltd, Lindsey continues this role on a self-employed basis, working remotely from her home in west Wales (since 2014) with regular visits to the team in Oxford.

Alongside her”day job” Lindsey and her husband  run a smallholding and combines her marketing role with one of livestock management, farm produce and farmstay bed and breakfast.
