The coronavirus pandemic has seen us all face new challenges over the past few weeks, whether it be working from home, home-schooling, self-isolation or looking after vulnerable family members, friends and neighbours.
At FOCUS, we adopted a remote working practice just over two weeks ago and I am pleased to say that the planning and testing we carried out beforehand has meant that we are able to provide “business as usual” for all our clients.
It would seem from the news coming out over the last 24 hours or so that the current lockdown is unlikely to end next week. Therefore, to provide some clarity and reassurance to both the FOCUS team and our valued clients, I have made the decision to continue with our remote working practice until 1 May.
This means that the office will remain closed up to and including 30th April, with the hope that the team can return to work on Friday 1st May. We will of course review this this in accordance with announcements made by the Government as necessary.
In the meantime, we will continue to deliver our ‘business as usual’ service to you via our remote working set-up. The entire team is available to talk to regarding your current insurance arrangements as well as being able to provide quotations for, or advice relating to any new policies required or that you’d like to consider during this period.
We will continue to provide useful and relevant information that we hope will help you through this period. Topical articles can be found on our news page which you might like to bookmark for future reference.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance cover, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
And finally, have a happy Easter, stay at home and stay well.
